Persimmon Griddle Pancakes

1 cup persimmon pulp
4 cups flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup molasses

Stir ingredients until just moistened. Drop by large spoonfuls onto hot greased griddle. Add more milk if batter is too stiff.
