Persimmon Sauce for Flapjacks

1 ½ cups persimmon pulp
1/8 tsp. cloves
3/4 cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup raisins
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
½ cup milk
Mix pulp, sugar, along with the spices and salt. Next add raisins and milk. Mix together thoroughly and heat.
